What we collect
When you sign up for our free guide or emails, we collect the email address you give us. That's it — we don't ask for more than we need.
Like most websites, we also collect basic, anonymized usage data (such as pages viewed and how the site is used) to understand what's helpful and fix what isn't.
Why we collect it
We use your email to send you the guide you asked for and a small number of helpful follow-up emails about training your reactive dog. You can leave at any time.
The tools we use
We use EmailOctopus to store our email list and send our emails. We use Microsoft Clarity to see anonymized, aggregated behavior (like clicks and scrolling) so we can improve the site; Clarity may use cookies for this. We don't use this data to identify you personally.
What we don't do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your email address. We don't share it except with the trusted services above that make this site and our emails work.
Your choices
Every email includes an unsubscribe link — one click and you're off the list for good. You can also email us to ask what we hold about you or to have it removed.
